Dini & Co snow tree-0013

Dini Lamers, owner of Dini & Co, 56 Main St. S. in Georgetown, stands beside the “Snowing Tree”, which is the prize in a raffle benefitting the Georgetown Hospital Foundation.“We have had an enormous response regarding the Snowing Tree,” says Lamers. “People have been coming with their children from all over and telling friends to come and see the tree. Almost feels like the Eaton’s Christmas display window!”

Due to this response, Dini & Co has decided to raffle a brand new tree in its original box (included are lights, snow, ornaments, and its also plays music— value $250). Tickets are $5 each, available at the store until the draw, set for Dec. 12 at 4 p.m. The winning ticket will be pulled by K.C. Carruthers, the Foundation’s executive director.

Get Set to Impress at Dini & Co!

Dear Dini,

Dini & Co. recently hosted its first invitation-only event - Get Set

to Impress - on November 23rd. What a fabulous evening.
Georgetown is clearly home to a lot of decor enthusiasts as we
booked-up within 3 days of sending out invites!
Thank you to all who attended.

I'd also like to thank designer Catherine Brazeau/HB Design who wowed the crowd with 3 creative tablescapes using the same set of dinnerware: great inspirational ideas on how to refresh your look by adding just a few simple accessories. To see more of Catherine's decor work, visit her online at
Another thank you goes to the Mill Street Cheese Market for preparing the scrumptious cheese trays enjoyed by our guests! Some great new cheese trays for those planning to entertain this season (or after a long day of shopping!) Don't forget to visit Jackie's market at 96 Mill Street for some fine epicurean delights. Another great reason to shop downtown.
And while you're downtown, make sure to pop into Dini & Co. for those festive touches to help get your home holiday-ready! And don't forget...we also have the perfect present for those hard-to-please people on your list this year! We're at 56 Main Street South in downtown Georgetown.
Come see why everyone loves to shop local!
Sincerely,
Dini
P.S. Raffle tickets are ON SALE NOW for our "snowing tree" in the window. Tickets are $5 and all proceeds go to the Georgetown Hospital Foundation. Draw takes place December 12th. at 4 PM, just in time to bring it home for Christmas.
